Introducing the inaugural 3v3 Super Showdown happening in Queenstown on June 14th and 15th, 2024!
Brace yourselves for a showcase of speed and skill like never before. This is not just about hockey; it’s about engaging our fans in a whole new way and bringing out the best of what ice hockey has to offer.
The 2024 Super Showdown will feature all six NZIHL teams as they face off in 3v3 tournament style play. There will be three events over the two days and, with six games per event, it will be an action packed weekend of hockey.
The tournament will consist of a five game round robin followed by finals. Don’t miss the flair of 3v3 hockey as the best players in the country take to the ice in what should be super-fast, high scoring games.
