The first period saw the Admirals dominate and the Stampede were in
disarray. Two goals were scored, the first a power play goal at
12.51 scored by Kivela assisted by Huish. This was followed soon
after with an equal strength goal to Chamberlain. Shots on goal

The second period saw the Stampede fight back with no goals scored

The third period was going to be the decider and the team scoring
first would be significant. It didn't take long and at 19.06 Kivela
scored an equal strength goal. This period became very scrappy with
lots of penalties and disruptions. The Admirals scored 4 power play
goals, the frist at 16.26 to Hart from McMaster, the next at 14.26
to Rantalainan from Chamberlain and Kivela. This was followed at
9.15 with a goal to Rantalainan from Jackson and the last at 2.38
to Markko. The Stampede managed to score late in the game when
Speirs put the puck in the net at .32 an equal strength goal. Shots
