season for the Swarm, who made a decisive start to their season on

3.39 into the first period, and Simon Wilson answered shortly after
with a goal for the Stampede. It was an energetic first period with
both teams holding their ground.
The Swarms second goal was scored in the middle of the second
period by Captain Andrew Hay, and the Swarm kept the Stampede in
check for the remainder of the period. Import Alex Polozov taking a
breakaway goal at the end of the second period to take the lead of
3-1.
Stampede had a spark of hope when Conner Harrison scored early
in the third period but the Swarm defense was strong and by the end
